The relationship with our construction team begins before you’ve even signed a lease and starts at the initial tour.  Our space planners work with tenants to understand their space requirements and key cost areas, and then develop test-fits to ensure optimal use of space.  We know that addressing critical details prior to starting construction results in fewer revisions along the way, reduced construction time and cost savings for our tenants.
