Do It Right. Right Now.

Property Management

The overriding philosophy of our team is service.  No short cuts.  No quick fixes.  We strive to do things right the first time.  We sweat the details so that you can focus on what you do best: growing your business.  It’s not just in our attitude and actions, it’s the operations and processes we have in place to better anticipate and serve your needs.  Our ten fundamental principles define BECO’s commitment to our tenants and are realized in our everyday interactions with our tenants.

10 fundamental principles

Previous
  • VESTED

Each BECO employee is entrusted to serve the best interest of our tenants as well as BECO.  It’s genuine and thoughtful.  It provides purpose to everything we do. No BECO employee has ever been reprimanded for “erring on the side of a tenant.” In fact, we encourage it.

  • PROMPT

We are experienced and resourceful but we are not fortune tellers.  And as hard as we try, we can never fully anticipate all your needs.  You call, we act.  And we do so with efficiency.

  • CONTROL

Access to everything, 24/7.  Lease administration, service requests, building forms, financial information, etc.  It’s all in your hands with the MyBECO Tenant Portal.

  • TRANSPARENT

Our billings are accurate and truthful – there are no hidden fees or pass-throughs in anything we do.

  • FRIENDLY

We don’t have property managers, we have relationship managers.  With a can-do attitude, and a courteous, personal touch, we promise to take care of you.

  • PRECISE

No short cuts.  No quick fixes.  We strive to do things right the first time.

  • SMOOTH

Moving offices can be stressful when it should be hassle-free.  That’s what we do best; seamless processes to ensure an easy transition into your new home.  We roll out the red carpet.

  • ACCOUNTABLE

We track our performance.  We survey our tenants, we survey our vendors and we survey our peers.  We must measure up.

  • CARE

We ensure well-maintained, comfortable and secure buildings so you can tend to your work.  If you can’t do your job, we’re not doing ours.

  • HONEST

Honest – We do what we say we are going to do when we say we will do it.  We keep our promises.
