The Northern Virginia commercial real estate market is extremely competitive, and BECO doesn’t succeed just by offering the best product and service. It’s about hiring the right people to navigate that landscape and Amy is certainly one of them. In addition to maximizing tenant occupancy, and helping current tenants optimize their spaces through renewals, she develops and nurtures exemplary relationships with the commercial brokerage community. This includes the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new tenants and to maintain the occupancy of existing tenants. Amy negotiates, finalizes and issues proposals to prospective and current tenants, and seamlessly manages each step of the leasing process from end-to-end.
Before she began her career with BECO, Amy, was a Transaction Manager for Public Properties LLC. She was responsible for managing lease transactions and providing guidance for government tenants. Amy is originally from Texas and graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1995 with a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Finance.
