Unlike most commercial real estate management companies, we believe the core of our company is in the day-to-day property management, including providing exceptional tenant service and a superior product. Accordingly, our head of property management, Michael Brodsky, is an ardent, tireless professional whose knowledge, enthusiasm and communication skills make him a perfect fit as the hub of BECO’s services to tenants. Whether it’s leading his team of property managers and engineers, working with our construction department to build and maintain high-quality spaces for tenants or even responding to service calls or emergencies, Michael personifies BECO’s commitment to its tenants and “gets it done,”
