Please be sure to schedule your move with us in advance and provide us with a COI for your moving vendor per the details below.

    • Large office moves (more than two elevator loads) may only occur on the weekends or after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please make sure masonite or other acceptable floor covering to protect the lobby and elevator floors are installed for the entire moving pathway in the building.
    • Large deliveries (Less than two elevator loads) may be taken between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    • If the move involves the utilization of a professional moving company or furniture delivery personnel, a Certificate of Insurance with us listed as the additional insured is required.

At full service buildings, all perimeter doors are secured during non-business hours. An access card will be needed to access these buildings during secured hours. If you need to activate or deactivate a keycard, or request additional cards, please fill out the Access Request Form in your Customer Handbook or contact the BECO Park office.

The park grounds are monitored by a Security Service Patrol contractor. They may be reached at (240) 696-2816 Monday through Friday from 7:00 p.m. through 12:00 a.m., and periodically on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

All keys in the building are keyed to the building master keyway for emergency purposes. If you ever need a lock changed please make sure to schedule this through us. Key copies can be made as needed in-house for an additional cost.

If there is ever an issue within your space or the common areas, please visit www.beconet.com/service-request to submit a service request.

Common service requests include outlets or lights not working or doors not functioning properly.

We offer both Comcast and Verizon Fios.
