Building Hours: Building hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Outside of these hours HVAC service is not provided. Overtime HVAC can be scheduled with advance notice for an additional fee by placing a service request at www.beconet.com/service-request.

Building Access: Access to BECO Suites is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. You’ll receive electronic access cards that grant access to the building.

Please email your Property Manager, Jonathan Katzir,  with a list of employees who need access. We will use this information to provide and assign an access device to each employee listed. Should you transfer a device to another employee, please make sure to notify us, so we can register the device to the new user.

Please report any lost or devices not returned to us immediately so they can be deactivated. Replacement devices are $15 each.

Suite Access: All keys in the building are keyed to the building master keyway for emergency purposes. If you ever need a lock changed, please make sure to schedule this through BECO. Key copies can be made as needed in-house for an additional cost.

BECO Towers has security service contractors that provide security guards from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as a Roving Guard 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. The contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel in the event of an emergency. Serious criminal activity should be reported to the Baltimore County Police Station at (401)887-222 and to the BECO Towers security guard at (410) 356-2714. For all concerns and questions, contact the Security Desk at (410) 356-2714; after hours contact Rover (443) 827-0863.

If there is ever an issue within your space or the common areas of BECO Suites, please visit www.beconet.com/service-request to submit a service request.

Common service requests include outlets or lights not working or doors not functioning properly.

License fees/rent are due monthly on the 1st of the month.

The best way to pay your initial deposit and rent without a fee is through ACH payment via your bank with the following information:

Please send your billing contact's name and email address to Jonathan Katzir to be set up in our online payment portal for future payments. The billing contact will receive an email from Yardi for account setup.

Please be sure to schedule your move with us in advance and provide us with a COI for your moving vendor per the details below.

    • Large office moves (more than two elevator loads) may only occur on the weekends or after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please make sure masonite or other acceptable floor covering to protect the lobby and elevator floors are installed for the entire moving pathway in the building.
    • Large deliveries (Less than two elevator loads) may be taken between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    • If the move involves the utilization of a professional moving company or furniture delivery personnel, a Certificate of Insurance with us listed as the additional insured is required.

Please contact Verizon or Comcast to provide you with Internet and phone services.

Our phone system and cabling preferred vendor is Delta Intellicom.

We will provide a key for your mailbox. Mail carriers deliver to the building during regular building hours, and mail is distributed before the end of each business day. To ensure the best service possible, we recommend updating your delivery hours and instructions for each major carrier. For your convenience, below are links for setting up delivery instructions. Please note, you may not register to receive mail at your new address prior to the start of your lease agreement.

Please email Jonathan Katzir to confirm the company name you would like displayed on the sign outside of your suite and the building directory.

Our janitorial provider cleans the interior office space Monday-Friday from approximately 5:00 PM- 10:00 PM. Their services include cleaning the floors (mopping, vacuuming, and periodic waxing), dusting furniture, and waste pick up. If trash/recycling is not placed in a waste bin, it must be marked “TRASH” or “BASURA” to be picked up.

We understand that accidents happen. Please notify us via service request at www.beconet.com/service-request if a spill or other incident occurs, so we can work together to minimize potential staining or damages.

    • Conference Rooms: To reserve a BECO Suites conference room or the main building conference room, visit: www.mybecosuite.com
    • Kitchen: We offer a community kitchen  that includes a stocked coffee machine, a community refrigerator, and a microwave. Please be courteous to your BECO Suites neighbors when using the common areas.
