Please be sure to schedule your move with us in advance and provide us with a COI for your moving vendor per the details below.
- Large office moves (more than two elevator loads) may only occur on the weekends or after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please make sure masonite or other acceptable floor covering to protect the lobby and elevator floors are installed for the entire moving pathway in the building.
- Large deliveries (Less than two elevator loads) may be taken between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- If the move involves the utilization of a professional moving company or furniture delivery personnel, a Certificate of Insurance with us listed as the additional insured is required.
BECO Towers has security service contractors that provide security guards from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as a Roving Guard 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. The contractor will dispatch appropriate personnel in the event of an emergency. Serious criminal activity should be reported to the Baltimore County Police Station at (401)887-222 and to the BECO Towers security guard at (410) 356-2714. Common service requests include outlets or lights not working or doors not functioning properly.
Our janitorial provider cleans the interior office space Monday-Friday from approximately 5:00 PM- 10:00 PM. Their services include cleaning the floors (mopping, vacuuming, and periodic waxing), dusting furniture, and waste pick up. If trash/recycling is not placed in a waste bin, it must be marked “TRASH” or “BASURA” to be picked up.
We understand that accidents happen. Please notify us via service request at www.beconet.com/service-request if a spill or other incident occurs, so we can work together to minimize potential staining or damages.

Mail carriers deliver to the building during regular building hours, and mail is distributed before the end of each business day. To ensure the best service possible, we recommend updating your delivery hours and instructions for each major carrier. For your convenience, below are links for setting up delivery instructions. Please note, you may not register to receive mail at your new address prior to the start of your lease agreement.
