Complimentary Strength Class Demo at IPLC
This is a complimentary demo class to allow tenants to get a preview of what’s to come in the six-week strength training series.
The six-week training series will focus on strengthening all muscle groups and keeping your heart pumping with dynamic movement to achieve a fun and effective total body workout. Classes will utilize hand weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and various bodyweight exercises. Modifications and progressions open this program up to all fitness levels.
