This series will focus on strengthening all muscle groups and keeping your heart pumping with dynamic movement to achieve a fun and effective total body workout. Classes will utilize hand weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and a variety of bodyweight exercises. Modifications and progressions open this program up to all fitness levels.
