Lori Fish Bard, MS, HHC, is a clinical nutritionist and board-certified integrative health counselor who works with men, women, and families to provide a personalized, highly supportive blueprint to help them identify and accomplish their health goals.  Lori uses a holistic, functional and integrative approach to help develop sustainable habits to live a healthy, nourished and balanced life.  Her interests include digestive health, metabolic syndrome, thyroid health, autoimmune conditions, and food allergies. 

Lori received her Master of Science in Nutrition & Integrative Health from the Maryland University for Integrative Health. She received her training and certification in integrative health coaching from the internationally recognized training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
